The partnership between TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) and Partnership for a Secure America (PSA) builds on PSA’s mission of fostering bipartisan dialogue on national and international security issues through speaker series events. Established in 2026, this collaboration provides congressional staff with opportunities to engage directly with leading experts in fields central to U.S. technology security, supply chain resilience, and the global semiconductor industry.

Through this partnership, policy advisers throughout the government and private sector gain insights into topics such as semiconductor manufacturing security, innovation and competitiveness and the role of trusted supply chains in safeguarding U.S. and allied technological leadership.

Featured speakers have included leaders from the Department of Commerce. Together, PSA and TSMC are promoting a shared, bipartisan understanding of the strategic importance of semiconductor security and preparing congressional staff to address the complex challenges shaping the future of U.S. innovation and national security
