America and Russia: New Leadership, Challenges, Chances
28th Annual World Russia Forum

The World Russia Forum's annual conference in Washington, D.C. is the premiere gathering of business leaders, government officials, public policy scholars and experts on the relationship between the United States and Russia. This year, for the first time, Discovery Institute teamed with the World Russia Forum and the American University in Moscow to jointly sponsor the conference. The goal of the annual conference is to promote and advance a healthy and productive relationship between the United States and Russia.  For two days, participants discussed specific proposals on how to reset the course from confrontation to strategic partnership and alliance.

PSA Executive Director Matthew Rojansky moderated a panel featuring Robert McFarlane, Thomas Pickering, and Sergei Rogov.  Among the other prominent speakers were Undersecretary William Burns, Marshall Goldman, Ambassador Sergei Kislyak, Andrew Kuchins, Robert Legvold, Wayne Merry, Andranik Migranyan, and many others.
